(Other OTC:RUNU.PK - Profile) is pleased to announce the successful closing of an $800,000 restricted stock purchase capital raise with FairPlay International Enterprises LLC to expedite the execution of the Rudy Beverage national marketing campaign. FairPlay International’s cognizance of the value of the Rudy brand from the onset of negotiations triggered them to jump at the opportunity to help catalyze the commercialization of Rudy Beverage at this pivotal pre-marketing juncture.
